HOME

Welcome to the home page for information on the Swick family. This web site was created to document progress into the past and current Swick family tree. An Index explains the layout of this web site. Take a look at What's New in our web.

The mission of the Swick Super Web is to provide a consolidated effort for tracing the roots of the descendants of Johannes Swick (b. 1705, Erlenbach, Germany). It represents the work of many Swick 'cousins' who are located in various locations across the U.S. We are researching many different areas, locations and time periods -- as we discover new information, this web site will be updated to document our results.

*** PLEASE NOTE ***

  1. None of the information contained on this web site can be used for profit of any kind (books, professional genealogists, World Family Tree, etc.) without explicit permission from the webmaster.
  2. Source(s) will be tracked for every piece of information possible on an individual. As false sources are uncovered and more reliable sources are discovered, the older sources will either be overridden with the true, proven information, or multiple sources will be tracked for that particular piece of information. Source reliability is explained on the Contributors page.
